Netflix shared a first-look video that instantly sent fans into nostalgia mode. In the clip, Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf are seen sitting quietly at Marine Drive in Mumbai. Not just any spot. This is the ‘exact same place’ where season 3 ended. No loud dialogues. No dramatic music. Just Rishi and Dimple, side by side staring at the sea like two people with unfinished business.
The announcement was enough to make fans scream, cry, and text their group chats. After all ‘Mismatched’ has always been about more than just love.
Season 3 of ‘Mismatched’ premiered on Netflix on December 13, 2024. The season surprised viewers by jumping three years ahead from where season 2 ended. The characters were older, slightly wiser. They carried emotional baggage.
The storyline had twists and turns. But what truly stood out was the bond between Rishi and Dimple. Their love story, full of misunderstandings and missed chances, once again became the main reason fans stayed hooked.

‘Mismatched’ season 4 is directed by Divyang Thakkar and created by Gazal Dhaliwal, with Ronnie Screwvala producing the show.
Along with Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf, the final season will feature Rannvijay Singha, Vidya Malvade, Ahsaas Channa, Taaruk Raina, Muskkaan Jaaferi, Abhinav Sharma, and others reprising their roles.
Season 4 is expected to release sometime in 2026, and while the wait is painful, fans know it will be worth it.
